Customer Portal


We are pleased to announce we have launched our new billing system.  The exciting feature of this new system is the ability for you to manage your account online and utilize the much-improved electronic billing notification through our Customer Portal.

We encourage you to create an online account and elect to receive your bill via eBilling.   Customer Portal Instructions

The advantages of the Customer Portal and eBilling is that no matter where you are, if you have email and internet service, you can view and pay your bill at any time, day or night!

You may also make one-time payments via this customer portal with your checking account or credit card.  

Checking account payments are fee-free.

Credit card payments are charged a nominal convenience charge based upon the amount paid. 

Once you receive your new bill, please note YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER HAS CHANGED.

To use the Customer Portal, you will need your new account number AND the CID number located near the center of your bill.

Those of you that pay your bill through a bill paying service other than our direct debit program, please enter your six (6) digit account number including the "hyphen", for example, 12345-0, to ensure proprer credit to your account.

If you are already paying your bill through our direct debit program, your payment will continue to be taken from your checking account on the 27th of each month, or the first business day following the 27th.  If you are not taking advantage of this free service to guarantee your payment is on time, please refer to the back of your bill for the information we will need to start this service for you.
