Shut offs or Finals
1. Call the SAA to request a final read
a. Give a notice three days prior to the requested shut off date
b. Call between 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday
2. If you are a landlord, you can have your water shut off or
have the new person sign up for service.
3. We will send the final bill with the next regular billing.
**In the case of Saxony Estates (Jack’s Mobile Homes),
finals must be paid in full before new water client can sign
up for service.
Sign Up for Services
1. Fill out an application for service
a. This can be done over the phone or in person.
2. Charge is $25.00 for the application of service.
a. The application fee can be charged to the first month invoice
received.
b. The SAA needs a three day notification for the turn on of your water.
Direct Debit
The SAA is pleased to offer a new payment alternative for our
customers. For those customers who would like to take advantage
of “Direct Debit” services featured on this website, you can sign up for
this service in the application. This program is completely
voluntary. The SAA is simply offering a more convenient payment method for those customers
who wish to take advantage. “Direct Debit” is a
pre-authorized payment that is automatically deducted from a
bank account which you specify.
Snowbirds
Going South or Extended Leave
When Leaving:
1. Call the SAA to request a final read
(need 3 days notification).
a. Give notice three days prior to the requested shut off date.
b. Call between 8:00 A.M. to 2 P.M. Monday through Friday
SAA will come and get the final read on your meter and shut the
water off at the curb box.
When Returning:
1. Again call the SAA, but give 3 days of notification.
a. Make sure someone is available and on site when the water is
turned on.
b. Your account will be charged $25.00 for the extended leave service.
